Some context for non-Vancouverites

The Jericho lands are in West Point Grey, probably the poshest neighborhood in the city. The neighbourhood has ‘character,’ where the character is from Succession.¹And they are getting new neighbours in the form of extremely dense transit-oriented development driven by First Nations.
