For real though "stop caring about numbers" is a lot easier said than done. Cause, like, seeing that people like my posts enough to like and rechost and comment gives me such a rush. I can't just turn that off.
That's very real. A lot of my chosts are just random thoughts, but chosting them is a way to share your ideas. It'd probably feel worse if no one saw those thoughts after you put them out there. And when it's art it can feel even sadder sometimes.
I've started caring a little less since being here though. It definitely is helped by the fact Cohost doesn't notify you if someone rebugs your rebug?? I think? So I've become a lot less used to recieving notes as I was on tumblr
