hp5 shot at box speed on a yashica t4 super. been a long time since i shot hp5 and didn't push it. the t4 suffered no water intrusion, but the active AF system is confused by the presence of any water on the lens, and this roll had a huge fraction of photos with nothing in focus, and many of the rest were compositionally lackluster do to being on 150ug of acid. i wonder if the focus would be better with an infinity stylus epic, or maybe just an XA or XA2 in a ziploc bag.on-camera flash in the rain, however, turns out to be The Move. the best ones off this roll had flash on.
i took these on friday, developed them on sunday, and scanned them on tuesday. this is the fastest turnaround time for any of my photos in six years.
lessons learned, I guess. i need a working nikonos-V or an underwater housing for one of my SLRs to take out in the rain.
