Really running the Roman analogy into the ground, aren't they
lmao i cracked their ai image upscaler in like 20 minutes and i've never cracked any programs before. i admit i used to use it and it used to be okay, but the new versions leave a lot of sharpening artifacts. and that's probably the most useful thing they make tbh...
Look at that fake box. Fucking Walgreens Cough Syrup ass
ok but it is very funny that on their bullshit "ai" product page they show steamboat willy being upresed
The thing is, they had a great audio editor back in the day. I used it to denoise old vinyl rips. The idea was to select the lead-in area before the song starts, and it subtracts that part from the audio, plus some magic. Nobody implemented it like them, and the resulting sound was very nice.
Polish it a little with some EQ, and you were done.
Yeah! I remember it, it was excellent. I think it does some things better than Audacity even now, but the gap is closing in heh
One of the things it was great at, was reconditioning analog media - tape and vinyl, especially.
I think it's built especially built for recording/archiving old analog audio.
