lmao i cracked their ai image upscaler in like 20 minutes and i've never cracked any programs before. i admit i used to use it and it used to be okay, but the new versions leave a lot of sharpening artifacts. and that's probably the most useful thing they make tbh...

The thing is, they had a great audio editor back in the day. I used it to denoise old vinyl rips. The idea was to select the lead-in area before the song starts, and it subtracts that part from the audio, plus some magic. Nobody implemented it like them, and the resulting sound was very nice.

Polish it a little with some EQ, and you were done.

Yeah! I remember it, it was excellent. I think it does some things better than Audacity even now, but the gap is closing in heh

One of the things it was great at, was reconditioning analog media - tape and vinyl, especially.
