Beyond the impressive nethackery, the CSS crimes are truly impressive in this one. I see now why you wanted the lollipop svg too.
For context, I was digging through the chromium source code trying to find the lollipops icon (the thing left of the url bar).
Eventually I found it at components/omnibox/browser/vector_icons/secure_page_info_chrome_refresh.icon as a .icon file, which is this obscure file format chromium uses to render vector icons with Skia. I had to quickly throw together a script to reverse it back into a SVG so I could use it.
