I want a physical copy of one of those huge TI books that just has the datasheet for every single 4000 and 7400 series part in it.

I don't have nearly enough tomes of arcane knowledge floating around.

Actually, I wonder how much it would cost to get something like that one-off printed and bound with /all/ the logic families for each part.

I imagine it would be absurd, but gosh it would be an item of all time for sure.

Okay, so, I hacked together a quick script that scrapped all of TI's SN74xx part datasheets, 3200 individual documents totaling 73354 pages.

Now a large chunk of that is due to automotive class variants, packaging and layout/pad stuff, as well as each variant.

For reference, assuming the page count was kept as is, the resulting "book" would be up to 6m thick using standard 60gsm paper.
