I play a lot of a Korean game called Chrono Ark which at Expert difficulty sets a hard cap of 98% on your characters’ accuracy and let me tell you, when that feels bad it feels BAD. I think it’s because it’s such a low chance you forget it’s even there and then when you lose to the last boss because of it you want to scream
