I had leftover brine once demolishing the cucumber pickle, so re-used it on these. dandelions from forage and carrots i just had around because theyre cheap.
the Carrots are good and yummy. The capers were very mild, i put in more brine and salt but they weren't Bad just not ass kicking. Probaby should have put more vineager. for context i drink the brine from capers and pickles and stuff so thats the Strength i crave.
