this post was inspired by my mom showing me a video of a father grounding his kid by going outside. the kid asked “what do i do?” and the dad said “go climb a tree, jump the fence, ding-dong ditch your neighbor, i really don’t care. you need to be acting like a kid.”
HOW DO YOU NOT SEE IT??? THE POINT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE!!! there isn’t anything to do outside. you literally said you don’t know.
My mom was smiling. She enjoyed the video. I just don’t get it. It makes me sick whenever I see a parent talking to their children like that.
