you cant even say no to having your notifications turned off. its not even measuring when i open discord in response to a notification, i do that quite a lot. you can see i have it open right now. i specifically dont click on the rectangle windows popups, so obviously i dont want to know about when im getting messaged because im not giving microsoft enough attention.
every day i get closer and closer to using linux for everything. i might set up my laptop with linux just for the hell of it. my pc keeps windows for now because anti-cheats dont like linux afaik

As someone who has just returned to working in a studio that uses microsoft teams and outlook, microsoft products are CONSTANTLY doing little pop up reminders to tell me about features I will never use every single day. Theres always a new little "Did you know you can do something with this button" pop up that I say "ok" to every single day. Its been 2 weeks man. Its the most snivelling whiney little insecure billion dollar company I've ever seen. Say what you want about Teslas fart buttons or whatever but at least stand semi-confidently on what they are. Jesus Christ dude

the reason printers are all so prone to weird issues is they violate the natural order by taking objects from the realm of pure thought (the computer) and instantiating them into the debased world of physical existence.

having your data torn from a world of endless possibilities and etched onto a thin slice of wood pulp is extremely painful, and spreadsheets know this, which is why they are constantly trying to resist being printed.
