I'm not sure if this is the norm with having long hair. But I'm getting more and more concerned with just how much falls out in the shower.. it's not like huge clumps, but it just keeps coming strand by strand, for ages..
This is normal right?

Sounds normal, yeah. A lot of the time it's just dead hair that hasn't fallen out properly yet. If you comb/brush it frequently, you'll find more of it coming out then.
I don't really understand how it's possible to have my hair keep getting longer overall when individual strands clearly have a maximum length they get to before dying, but the human body is full of surprises.
Yeah, the length is fine, and its still as fluffy as it always was. I just had a small moment of panic the last couple of days.
understandable, I also stressed about it a lot (before my hairdresser assured me it was fine) ^___^;
