turns out most of my fermented peppers are nowhere near hot enough for hot sauce, so they're going to be made into soup and pasta sauce. this is what i got from the jar of peppers from the hottest plants and it's a doozy, pretty excited it use it

yep! this is my first time doing it so no starter, just peppers, garlic and brine
