gala apple

today's apple for the day is a red one. i also got a honeycrisp for tomorrow. who would have thunk that target only carries red apples. but that's not the important part.

so the gala apple. it and all of it's sisters at the store were moderately shiny but not the most glistening slutty little things i have ever seen in apple displays. they were also all a little sad looking so i was worried that maybe none of them would be up to the standards that have been set for me by the gala request i got but thankfully that wasn't the case.

it's fairly sweet and juicy. nothing to really dislike unless you wanted More of everything. definitely an apple i could eat every day.
