honeycrisp apple

another red apple with a bunch of splotchy yellow streaks running along it. really pretty imo. not a very shiny apple.
it's a lot lot lot more tart than any of the other apples i've eaten so far. at first i was really enjoying that and it was a high point for me but as i ate through more of it it started wearing on me a bit. would have liked a bit more sweetness to go with it.
