almost done with the sketches.... i'll be able to start the inks sooooooon........ and then tones......................... and then draw a cover.......... and then figure out how the comic portion of the comiccontrol widget i use for my site works.......... and then i can post a whole chapter both in webcomic format on my site and cbr & pdf format on itch.io.............

it is hard to convey quite how excited i am. i was big into making sonic and pokemon sprite comics when i was like 12 to 14 with all my little sprite comic making internet friends. and when i was like 16 to 18 every time someone asked me what i wanted to do with my life i was like "oh yeah i'm gonna make comics." and then the pains of moving out at 18 and going no contact with my family and realizing quite how bad capitalism is when i was the only person who could support me and i didnt have any local friends. and not drawing for years. and then finally starting to draw more as i approached my 30s but still having this like mental block where i felt like i just Wasn't Good Enough to make comics even though that's bullshit and anyone can do it as long as they do it. and just like getting so hung up every time i tried to plan out even a single page just a month ago. and now i'm like. 20ish days from being 30 and i have a whole thing planned out. i'm more than halfway done with an entire chapter. i know what i'm doing next after i finish this. and after i finish that. and i know where it's all leading to. and i know what i want to do for fun after that. i'm like Doing it. i'm so excited i could pick someone up and spin them so fast they go flying like a shotput.

sometime in the next week and a half i'm gonna have a fucking comic up for people to read!
