@daffodil is an incredible person and they deserve all the support in the world. I wanna see this game blow up when it launches on the 26th. As a huge fan of the THPS series I genuinely think SUX is up there as one of the greats, I can't wait for you all to see it.

i dunno if you saw my comment cause i think we sent them at like basically the same time but it downloaded! so if the fix was implemented it worked and if it wasn't then i guess steam was just givin me trouble

It is giving me grief too, I have no idea what is causing this, still trying to fix things as Im also currently unable to download the demo (but able to download the full game dev files) on my steam deck. glad it was sorted for you for now! hoping I can fix this permanently now...

you need to tell Steam to download the windows version in the game's compatibility tab (even though that's exactly the same game files)

i don't know enough about any of this to know what this means, but maybe it would be of use to you? either way thanks, glad i could check out your demo!!
