I am trying to transport my games to my pc since my DS is broken but I am currently stuck on godmode9 with a couple of things. I dont know what a seeddb.bin and encTitleKeys.bin are and online is kind of confusing. (One of my DS screens are broken too so it might be a little difficult).

OK new problem. How do I region change a game? the mod I want to try is for .USA format only while my copy of Ocarina of time is .AUS (Region locking is stupid)
