anyone have a good website for free-to-use web 1.0 style gifs? i've found a few but couldn't tell based on the website how freely i could use them
obviously asking to spam my funny 1.0 style website with gifs, and it should count as personal use but honestly unsure at what point it'd be considered an "official website" if it's mostly advertising my own work LOL

i don't know how "free to use" these are but web 1.0 was built on sharing. i never hesitated to right click save something. and nobody but nobody is ever going to get in trouble for this.
