Listening to Andre 3000's new album on YouTube is interesting cause the songs are, like, ambient jazz flue pieces that are 18 minutes long so Google does the most annoying thing possible and puts ad breaks within the song itself. Lots of mood whiplash as you jump from feeling like you are walking through an old growth forest at dawn as the sun slowly rises in the sky to SAVE NOW BY SWITCHING TO LIBERTITTY MUTUAL HERE IS AN AD WHERE AN EMU GETS IT'S DICK STUCK IN A POTATO SALAD LIBERTY LIBERTY LIBERTTTY then you're back amongst the plum blossoms, somewhere in the distance a deer rustles.

I am making myself mad trying to find the name of the piece, but everytime this happens, it makes me think of one of the Nam June Paik-Charlotte Moorman collabs where she would stop playing abruptly to allow advertisements to play. I remember thinking in 2010, like "wow yeah, great critique." Now I'm just like "ugh, why did they have to be so right?"
