when i was a delivery driver i loved those orders where like, the customer fell asleep or whatever and wouldnt answer their phone. i'd call support and it was on. me and the support person1 were on a mission to get that baked af person their chili fries.
quite a few times our mission failed, and i got to do whatever i wanted with the food which was pretty fuckin great

app delivery drivers used to have actual human support! on the phone even! now it looks like the apps (all gig work apps, not just delivery) have even shittier chatbot support than users. hash tag just ZIRP things
