"brand guidelines" should yield some good search results. I would expect to see color palettes and fonts with examples of proper usage. Treatment of the logo, what colors it can be, alignment, safe space around it, and examples of what not to do to the logo. Use of photography, textures, and patterns.

There's usually some writing about the spirit of the brand or whatever, that part is hard.

A site that has lots of examples of these kinds of branding guides for large / very large orgs is https://brandingstyleguides.com ! You have to create an account but it's free. There's everything from very simple stuff like this convention center's that just shows the different logos and how not to screw it up https://brandingstyleguides.com/guide/new-orleans-ernest-n-morial-convention-center/ to a beer brand's extensive styleguide with their custom typefaces and colors and how to incorporate it in various contexts etc for nearly 200 pages https://brandingstyleguides.com/guide/modelo/
