unfortunately washington state labor laws are fucked. "At-will employment means that employers do not need to establish cause or give notice before firing an employee."
Good ol at-will. It’s unfortunately the standard in every state (barring MT evidently). You can still sue for wrongful termination, etc., but boy does it hang a terrible and stupid axe over every employee’s head…
