So, Jay, in a fit of boredom, decided to try to preserve some old VHS tapes. Why? Well, they're not getting any younger (the tapes) and as a result, they're starting to wear out.
There's some really old stuff on there. Problem is, we only have a Toshiba deck and a Lidl-brand EasyCap hardware.
Oh dear.
Although to be fair, after a bit of fiddling around and cleaning the heads of the deck, it seems to be working okay for the moment. Fingers crossed that it holds up through all of the taped stuff!
