Early 2010s: "If you are talking this long to figure out of you're trans then you're probably cis, otherwise you would just know by now"
Now: "If you're taking this long to figure out if you're trans, you probably are trans, otherwise you wouldn't have spent nearly this long thinking about it at all."
I would say this is unquestionably a change for the better, and much more accurate.
