If I wanted to set up a home NAS with redundant storage, snapshots, etc for safe backup of data and also run a Jellyfin server off it what should I look at getting?
Maybe it would make sense to have a NAS and then mount it as a network drive on my desktop and use the desktop as the Jellyfin server? I dunno.
my gf and i have got a little lenovo thinkcentre that does this for us! it's comfortably hosting jellyfin, pihole, and sometimes minecraft all at once.
offices and businesses toss these things away all the time so you can usually find them quite cheap on ebay!
