Neurotypicals get endorphins for everything tbh. They're like "I drank a glass of water, what a rush, I feel so good" while I have to be hit by a bus every day just to remind myself I'm alive.
It only feels good after it becomes a routine, sadly, which means a lot of slow "I kind of hate doing this" progress for weeks if not months.
