(Disclosure at the top that my thoughts on this one are probably biased in that I'm friends with one of the hosts and was even on a bonus episode myself. For this reason I'll also not be giving this one a rating.)
A chapter-by-chapter read-through podcast of extremely influential ming dynasty chinese novel Journey to the West, with the format that one of the hosts has previously read the novel and is recapping it to the other, who has not. Even beyond just personally enjoying it for getting to hear a friend infodump about a book, I think this is a good podcast. It strikes a nice balance of being informative but still funny enough to not be dry, and the novel is an interesting and enjoyable story and often quite funny at times itself. If you're anything like me and your brain is too mushy and bad at focusing to read a 100 chapter novel, this is probably not the worst way to learn about one of the most influential stories ever written.
