I jump between projects quite often, but here are some that I'm continuing to orbit around and will likely keep up with as long as I can.
Gamedev Projects:
Riptide Manor
Misc. Gamedev Resources
Worldbuilding Projects:
The King's Domain
The Roamer's Library
Custom Lego Themes:
Freeracers
TripleCross///
OverRiders///_
Other stuff:
Every Elden Ring character i've ever made
I quite like wiki diving and theorizing builds before i put them into practice.
I think that's something i learned to love after completing Elden Ring the first time, or perhaps when i went off to try and replay Dark Souls 3 on my own beforehand.
On these voyages into the interwebs, i noticed an interesting pattern:
Whenever a frostbite-inflicting weapon isn't magic themed, it scales with dexterity!
The Icerind Hatchet, Frozen Needle and Zamor Curved Sword all share this property, though the Cold infusion doesn't seem to continue the trend, though i think at one point i believed it did.
But, with that connection established in my mind, i think it might be fun to try a pure-dexterity frostbite build!
officially finished characterposting through elden ring so for these last two days i've got a couple of ideas to write about instead! not sure if i'll take accompanying pics, but i can use my main character for that if i do, i should have enough armour unlocked to improvise up some good fashion ideas.
Zero-context glimpses of early movesets and spells and stuff might be one of the best forms of spoilers for soulslikes.
Whether or not you want that kind of early insight is a valid choice, i'm certainly trying to avoid as much as i can, but i remember when elden ring was nearing release the brief flashes i got of guard counters and the storm blade ash of war really gave me something to focus on and look out for without revealing too much.
There's so much in this game, getting a few crumbs ahead of release can give you little spots of "oh i recognize that!" which are a different kind of fun to the pure discovery that comes later on.
