when it comes to those yearly autumn prompts (inktober, etc.), do you plan ahead the month before when the list is out or just wing it when the month comes around...?

earlier this morning, i was anonymously gifted a 1-month premium core membership on deviantart! a kind surprise to wake up to c:

spent a few days doing an simple-animated artfight attack only to remember late that i cannot use bases/templates :/

finished it regardless because i wanted to see it through to the end, but man... i'll have to start over and just do an illustration.
