talkin to my friend about other social media sites bc cara came up and i was like, its annoying bc we wanna do better than twitter but no one wants to fully commit lol.
i mentioned cohost and they said "that site is ass it wont ever take off" and honestly...
i feel like ive gotten nothing but love and growth? on here. even with numbers turned off lol.

as i watch my nsfw twitter stay fully shadowbanned and bleed followers ive been working on for years. it feels like my twitter career is over and i might as well just stick to people who just share me to friends for growth.

I don't think people will ever realize that Twitter didn't grow because it was good or viable, just stayed long enough to absorb users from other platforms. So many folks don't stay around in the most recent social media places because they don't cater to artists or their specific tastes but...neither did Twitter, it was never particularly good at anything aside from its original microblogging function, the only "positive" was the growth, but even that wasn't a reality for everyone.

I understand folks with +100k followers staying on Twitter, but everyone else just baffles me.
