a pro tip for writers is that if you include a time loop i will automatically love your story, its just the rules
that shit where its like they gotta keep repeating a day or more tons of times until either they get it right (see: TAZ: Balance - The 11th Hour) or to excruciatingly slowly chip away at a final goal (see: Doctor Who, Series 9, Episode 11 "Heaven Sent") it fucks so hard
better even if the fact shit's been looping isn't actually revealed until a good way into the story, there's two anime examples of this i have in mind but i can't say them because they're definitely spoilers (one starts with an r, one starts with an m), but i'm seriously not kidding when i say the moment that fact got revealed in both shows my interest like fully doubled
i think i just like time shit in general really. time-stop powers and whatever the fuck yes please (aformentioned "m" show also has this which i think is cool as hell)
