this is actually sukuna and megumi from CRACKED EGG but. yeah. Yeah. that definitely is sukuna crying and that definitely is megumi trying to strangle him but actually sukuna is strangling himself and megumi is trying to pry his hands off. but you can't tell.

THE TRUTH LIES IN THE AMBIGUITY.
the cracked egg is a reference to transness, yes, megumi is a trans girl in this fic, as she is indicated canonically in my perception, but the cracked egg is mostly about the way that there are two outcomes to the cracking:
1. is the egg being cracked to smash it from the outside?
2. is the egg cracking because it's being hatched from the inside?
it's both and there's no way to tell. because both outcomes are true. and the secret third hidden outcome about cracked-egg-transness is also true.
