where they haven't dared/can't turn this bullshit on1, but just to be sure, everyone should open the Edit Group Policy control panel, go to User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Windows Copilot and enable Turn off Windows Copilot
(yes, the phrasing of these things is always... weird.)

Earlier builds of the AI app refused to work if the toolbar wasn’t placed at the bottom of the screen.
