Something about this place made me write a million words and have a crazy mess of ideas. I had such a great time here, and I don't even totally understand what it was exactly that made it work for me, but I guess it was the people.
I'm still so grateful for all the response I received for my moderately upsetting story, The Solved Game. Recently, I started trying to write a little follow up post to demystify it somewhat without totally ruining it. To accompany this, and in particular to give it a fresh look somewhere new, I started reworking the illustration... Several elements of it were left in a state of compromise originally, impatient as I was to share the story. So, in the countdown to Cohost closing, I went to town on this thing and made it even more upsetting! Still needs a few tweaks.
