so... where is the cohost plural community moving?
this is basically the only public website i have ever felt comfortable being publicly plural on. you guys being so welcoming is a huge part of that. i don't think i realized how important that was to me (as a veteran system/system host) until i had it, and now it's about to be gone.
I'd like to know, too, especially if there are plans to make a Cohost-plurals-focused space. It'd be a shame to lose the community that developed on this site.
Unfortunately, moderation takes years off of our life, or I'd volunteer to make one...
Same. I've considered making one, but the thought of moderating a space like that makes my skin crawl.
Can say that Dreamwidth has a very accepting plural community, though it takes some effort to find- happy to link accounts and point at some helpful pages to help find people. But it is one of the few sites that have seen a lot of this one's brain and been completely supportive even when it was not understood.
That honestly sounds like it might be worth trying Dreamwidth again for us
