I did some of this research for the last game I was on that we wanted to do font choice with, and in the end went with our chosen stylistic font (fairly readable but had the personality the game required), OpenDyslexia because some people do genuinely find it helpful/pleasant, and Open Sans as a very neutral, highly readable typeface (similar to Arial).
I figure if you're going to do multiple choices, you might as well have a few because it doesn't need to be a one-size-fits-all solution. Not everyone finds dyslexic fonts helpful, and not everyone chooses to use a different font because of dyslexia either.
