This morning CET, a former Ledger Employee fell victim to a phishing attack that gained access to their NPMJS account.
ah cool, their response to a successful phishing attack is to fire the employee. that’s definitely a sign of a healthy work culture!
So what I interpreted from that sentence was that this employee did not work there anymore at the time of the compromise, which is actually somehow worse because it means they kept a former employee's secrets active after they left, which for a company claiming to be a financial institution is the most irresponsible thing I've ever heard.

(but usually won't)
