turned out to be. It's not a bad game at all, I liked it well enough, but the unbelievable art made it look like a classic. In actuality, the brawler was pretty stiff and a little barren. Making matters worse, the tiny Nintendo 3DS was not the place where its best assets could shine and the eventual Steam port was such a damn hack job that it still showed 3DS mappings.

I stopped following the game after that. Maybe that Nintendo Switch redo is finally the silky smooth version we deserve, but I just can't have another heartbreak. But that art though... ✨That art!!!✨ Luckily, there's an archive of the art book, if you just wanna see some of the sickest game art around.
