Separate bug report for iOS Safari: You can’t just directly hide the disclosure arrow and that’s offsetting things. I think there’s some workaround with font size 0? Anyway it’s still usable just looks weird. 
I ammmmm actually unsure if it's possible to remove that on safari! huh I will ask around but yeah that's probs stuck like that
