Came across this website. All they ask in return is that you help cover shipping if you can. They can send you seeds if you can't afford shipping, but it may take longer/you may be limited on what you can get.
Also remember to check in with your libraries! As we approach spring, your local library may have a free seed rental program.
I'm not like-- made of money by any means, but if you are in need of seeds and can't afford the postage, hit me up and I'll see what I can do. Accessible gardening is a passion of mine and I'm willing to pass it forward to a fellow choster.
