thinking about being so annoyed at how poorly your chassis was built (annoyed at the people who made your chassis, not at you) they offer you replacements free of charge
thinking about a crowd-funded organization to make and/or parts that are out of circulation for those who might need them. thinking about how Robots (2005) would be received by the robocreatures running the shop
thinking about the shop having a collection of spare parts almost like WALL-E's collection, comprised of parts found, bought, or donated and refurbished. Thinking about robots volunteering for part donation and having their spare parts end up in shops like these helping those in need
thinking about how shops like these would almost be like hospitals for robocreatures, a place to go to have your body restored. thinking about how much good the workers there must do for their fellow robocreatures,,,
