For the first time, I think ever, I've got a truck progress update uploaded on my blog before it lands on the forum thread.
...mostly because the forum owner is doing an interface update and appears to have broken phpbb parsing in the process, and there is no way in hell that I'm bumbling my way through using the 'visual' editor.
(It's not that I hate change, in and of itself, but when it results in the removal of features I rely on... that sucks. I think this is accidental breakage, tho, rather than deliberate removal; but we'll see.
I left the forum I started the build thread on, because they changed to different software that only had the visual editor and had 0 plans to add a source-mode. Seems petty, but I am hella-clumsy with a mouse, and it was taking me like ... five times longer to write up my posts, because I couldn't just keep bashing on the keyboard for all my formatting & links & images... no, I had to stop, grab the mouse, fumble my way to the formatting button, etc, etc.)
(also, yes, I know I need to go back through and add alt-text to all my blog images. It's a work in progress.)
