my anxiety seems to go down substantially by:
- only drinking enough coffee to not get a headache
- skipping my adhd meds
- wearing overalls (???)
- having a little food before i go
- taking a stim toy
- carrying around a notepad in case i go nonverbal
- headphones (cannot go outside w/o anyway)
- sleeping poorly seems to help ?
there is still significant resistance but these make it so that the most difficult part of going out is making the decision to do so and not the actual being outside. today i was out all day AND in a big crowd and it was pleasant enough..
