nice! even as a relatively competent home cook i find breadmaking pretty tough. last time i tried to make bread the outside looked perfect and golden brown and the inside was completely raw. i was so angry.
yeah bread is so finnicky!! sometimes it even looks perfect but you bite into it and it's like it was made of plastic... very satisfying when it works tho !!
