every day i sign onto twitch and see 3 trans people playing a video game i've never heard of that's been in development for 8 years and has a community of over 2000 autistic people furiously making mods for it and i regain some of the life i lost during the day

turns out there's a (secret) combination of circumstances and medication and mind-tools that drastically reduces my anxiety outside. this is very promising. will update with specifics after trying this again on friday.
