you should be able to buy unsliced pringles. like one huge cylindrical loaf of pringle that you slice yourself.
look not to be gross about it but if it's one single extruded shape that fills a tube it's clearly a prongle
i would argue that the -le suffix acts as a diminutive in this context, as each pringle is a smaller slice of the whole
the long pringle would be a pring
