as a plebian who knows nothing of coding/IP stuff, may I have an explanation of what dumb shit these sites are doing?
i've had to disable ipv6 on my system to make things work more than a few times in the last 5 years, which is kinda ridiculous
Oh wow. I know *.github.io has supported IPv6 for several years now. But not the main website, huh? I guess that would also include cloning via HTTPS or SSH.
Good news is that GitHub seems to be working on it: https://www.githubstatus.com/incidents/5y8b8lsqbbyq
