dreamt cohost implemented achievements and I discovered this by earning one for posting something that made someone consider unfollowing but ultimately decide not to

such "almost, but not quite" achievements were named the same as achievements for actually doing things but with one key word replaced with "Bobo", e.g. "This Little Piggy Went To Market" → "This Little Piggy Went To Bobo"

extreme™️ edition: let users define achievements. i want a deluge of achievements every time i post that i have zero context for. i want to get achievements for my post containing every letter of the word "scrumbly" from @scrumblyfan's achievement defs.

this will in no way reduce the experience of posting on cohost dot org, prommy

realizing hours later that scrumblyfan hasn't done something to break their profile and they simply don't exist

the inexistence of scrumblyfan was not something that had crossed my mind before

the fact of the matter is that no one on earth, let alone cohost, is a fan of scrumblies

I deserve an achievement for realizing this, and you deserve one for inadvertently tricking me

Okay, but really though? Even as a silly joke, having a weird sort of like, album of weird Posting Feats you can look back on would be amazing. Nothing monumental or that would encourage wacky "farming" methods or whatever, moreso like "you somehow managed to accomplish this, good work, here's a cute eggbug sticker for you".
