every single thing you can download and dump on a server to make a little webpage that you can edit inside your browser is either a "CMS" which contains 500,000 files and probably has a subscription, or it's a "knowledge base" and really, really wants a subscription even if there's a free version, or it's a "wiki" and everything it produces has the visual noise of groupware, or a ticketing system, or a magic eye picture.
i am at the point in my current endeavor where i am genuinely considering making a "household landing page" in homeassistant, because it's the only thing i can remember ever encountering that would let me just drag some big heavily-margined roundrects onto a page, put something inside of them, and now have big mushy button-links i can stab at on a tablet without having to edit any yamls
