So I work overnight at a Fairly Large Supermarket Chain (yes, unionized!) and while stocking the energy/protein/powerbars section, the display case for a new product had a tape seal on part of the perforation. And this tape... it was stating that opening this box was agreeing to terms and conditions?? And it had a URL to their T&Cs page which... why? Why the hell does this thing of snack bars have a freaking EULA attached to it like it was big box software??? I am so confused.
